Η εταιρεία Baker Car Inspection CY Limited (η «Εταιρεία») παρέχει την υπηρεσία «car check» η οποία περιλαμβάνει επιθεώρηση του προς πώληση οχήματος (το «όχημα») από επαγγελματία μηχανικό αυτοκινήτων (ο «Μηχανικός») και κατάρτιση έκθεσης αξιολόγησης σε σχέση με την κατάσταση του οχήματος (η «έκθεση αξιολόγησης»). Η έκθεση αξιολόγησης θα περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων και φωτογραφίες του οχήματος οι οποίες θα ληφθούν από τον Μηχανικό, κατά την επιθεώρηση του οχήματος. Η τελική έκθεση αξιολόγησης (report) ανήκει αποκλειστικά στον πελάτη ο οποίος έχει προβεί σε αγορά πακέτου για έλεγχο αυτοκινήτου από την εταιρεία Baker Car Inspection CY Limited. Η εταιρεία Baker Car Inspection CY Limited και ο Μηχανικός δεν θα αναλάβουν οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη (άμεση, έμμεση, συνεπαγόμενη ή άλλως πως), σε σχέση με την κατάσταση του οχήματος πριν, κατά και/ή μετά την επιθεώρηση από τον Μηχανικό. Επιπρόσθετα, δεν θα φέρουν οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη (άμεση, έμμεση, συνεπαγόμενη ή άλλως πως) για τυχόν υφιστάμενες ζημιές και/ή βλάβες, εμφανείς ή μη, και/ή ελαττώματα του οχήματος, εμφανή ή μη, και για ζημιές και/ή βλάβες και/ή ελαττώματα, που τυχόν ήθελε προκύψουν μελλοντικά στο όχημα. Η έκθεση αξιολόγησης και τα αποτελέσματα αυτής αφορούν την κατάσταση του οχήματος την δεδομένη στιγμή του ελέγχου.Συμφωνώ με τους πιο πάνω όρους και ουδεμία ένσταση και/ή απαίτηση έχω από την Εταιρεία και/ή τον Μηχανικό , επί του παρόντος και/ή μελλοντικά.
